On January 16, the Hangzhou Entry-Exit Border Inspection Station in Zhejiang Province officially launched a self-service terminal for foreigners to fill out their entry registration cards.

The self-service terminal for foreigners' entry registration cards offers an online declaration service, supporting methods such as QR codes and mini-programs. It also accommodates seven languages: English, Japanese, Korean, German, French, Spanish, and Arabic, allowing users to complete the form using a smartphone. For those who have not submitted their declarations online, they can complete the process and print the forms upon arrival at the customs inspection hall via on-site terminal devices.
Additionally, the Hangzhou Entry-Exit Border Inspection Station has partnered with various airlines to actively promote this convenient measure, encouraging foreign nationals to complete their entry card information before arriving in Hangzhou. Travelers are reminded to distinguish between general entry passengers and those in transit for 24/240 hours, ensuring they select the appropriate form based on their travel status. This aims to streamline the customs process and enhance the travel experience for foreigners.
