• 12366 Tax Service Hotline

1.Dial 021-12366 and press 2 "Foreign Language"

2.Follow the system guidelines. Select to enter the voice menu. If you need English service, please press 1. Continue listening to other language options.

3.Ask in the selected language. and the system will provide necessary assistance.

1.Visit the website of the Shanghai Municipal Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation.

2.Click on the 'Foreign Language Services' button on the page.
