The Azul Group has rebranded its Xouk restaurant in Pudong as Azul Pudong. Familiar to most in the city, Azul is the flagship brand of Peruvian restaurateur Eduardo Vargas that turned 20 last year.

The restaurant serves up sophisticated Latin fare in a colorful, open space, with room for 80 people in the dining room, plus a spacious patio out front with seating for another 20.
