Recently, Beijing police released the June administrative penalties, which included a case of introducing a foreigner to work illegally.
On June 14, 2024, during their routine work, police discovered that Beijing Jiahong Tiansheng Technology Co., Ltd. had introduced a Zimbabwean national to work beyond the permitted scope of his work visa. This foreigner had worked as a foreign teacher at Beijing Qingmeng Education Technology Co., Ltd., located at Building 11, Hua Qing Jiayuan, Haidian District, Beijing, from May 22, 2024, to May 30, 2024. The actions of Beijing Jiahong Tiansheng Technology Co., Ltd. constitute the illegal employment of a foreigner.
In accordance with Article 80, Paragraph 2 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Exit and Entry, the Haidian District Public Security Bureau imposed a fine of 5,000 yuan on the company.
