Deportations of foreigners who used fake entry documents

Recently, the Baiyun Border Inspection Station of the Guangzhou Border Control General Station intercepted four cases of altered travel documents used for entry and exit.

The station confiscated the altered documents and imposed a fine of RMB 2000 on each individual in accordance with Article 71 of the Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People's Republic of China.

Foreign travelers who used altered documents to gain entry faced deportation and a one-year prohibition on re-entry.
