The work could be
in dialect or a second language. For the top 30 short videos, the organizer will issue an official certificate and a souvenir. 



Chinese mainland saw 16 new confirmed cases


On Saturday Chinese mainland reports 16 new confirmed COVID-19 cases, with 9 imported cases, and 44 new asymptomatic COVID-19 patients.



Zhejiang Red Cross receives 1.24 billion-yuan donation against epidemic


Since the outbreak of novel coronavirus, all sectors of society in Zhejiang province have been actively contributing money to the Red Cross to support epidemic prevention and control. 


As of 12:00 on April 15, the organization has received 1,240,710,300 Yuan in donations, including 937,358,200 Yuan in plain funds and 303,352,100 Yuan of material value. The accumulated expenditure of social donations is 1,184,104,700 Yuan, including 881,878,500 Yuan of capital and 302,226,200 yuan of material value.



Donated materials including masks, PPE, goggles, gloves, medical caps, thermometers, protective footwear covers, disposable surgical gowns, disinfectant solutions and sprayers, isolating clothes, blankets, generators, etc., which all have been sent to the relevant medical and health units and front-line control departments in accordance with the donors' intentions.

Wenzhou to issue 1.8-billion-yuan coupons in three batches!


Wenzhou began issuing 1.8 billion yuan ($255m) worth of consumption coupons on Saturday in a bid to stimulate consumption amid the pandemic. The coupons will be distributed in three batches until May 31.

 


Harbin to conduct nucleic acid tests on teaching staff and students



On April 18, Harbin, capital of Heilongjiang Province announced that they will conduct nucleic acid and serum antibody tests on teaching staff, senior students in senior high schools and their family members from April 20.



All cities in Hubei Province are now at low epidemic risk


The epidemic risk rating for whole Wuhan was downgraded to low, the provincial government said on Saturday.

It comes after the last district out of 13 in Wuhan City was moved out of medium risk. So far, all 76 cities and towns in Hubei province are at low risk.
