How to retrieve my health QR code?
NOTE: Your personal health info is needed for registration before proceeding with the code. Click HERE to fill out your health info.

You can also save the following image (long press) into your phone. Then open Alipay and click Scan -- > Select from Album to access .

You will be able to see your code if you've completed identity verification and the health registration from.
GREEN code: allowed to pass
RED code: Quarantine is suggested
YELLOW code: Observation is suggested
If you think your code doesn't accurately reflect your health status, you can submit "Feedback".
The QR code will be expanded to cover more office buildings, factory sites, technology parks, and administration service centers at all levels as well as all public spaces so there would be no need for extra paperwork.
