In addition, if a foreigner is abroad and would return to Yiwu very soon, he/she will be awarded by surprise as they are cultivating the permanent residence and five-year visa residence permits.
CCC: Foreign Business People to Enjoy FREE Air Tickets!
In addition to the friendly policy of Yiwu government, China Zhejiang Commodity City Group Co., Ltd (CCC) also introduced incentives to foreign purchasers on February 20, as follows:
For foreign purchasers who have come to Yiwu previously, if they arrive in Yiwu by flight outside China, they will be fully subsidized for the flight (economy class) before February 29; if they arrive in Yiwu from March 1 to March 10, they will be 50% subsidized for the flight (economy class).
For non-resident foreign merchants who come to Yiwu for purchase, 7-day free accommodation will be provided for those who arrive in Yiwu before February 29, and 3-day free accommodation will be provided for those who arrive in Yiwu from March 1 to March 10. The hotel will be designated by CCC.
For foreign purchasers who come to Yiwu for the first time (without Yiwu entry and exit records or purchase records), if they arrive in Yiwu before March 10, they will be provided with 3-day free accommodation in designated hotels. Those who have been filed in advance by Yiwu foreign trade enterprises or market operators and have purchased more than 50,000 US dollars within 15 days after their arrival in Yiwu can enjoy the same standard of flight subsidies as foreign business people who have come to Yiwu more than once.
First Death of CoViD-19 Infection in Zhejiang
According to Sun liming, deputy director of the health commission of Zhejiang Province, the first death occurred in Wenzhou On February 20. The 79-year- old patient was admitted to hospital on February 5 because of fever, cough and dyspnea. The patient had hypertension, diabetes, heart disease. On February 20, she died of multiple organ failure.
Xiao Tangyuan s Parents Are Discharged!
Xiao Tangyuan was born on the Lantern Festival on February 8th in Zhejiang province when both his parents were under treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University for CoViD-19 infection. On February 19, his parents were discharged from the hospital. According to the medical staff, test results of Xiao Tangyuan were negative. He weighs 2.67kg, and his breathing, eating and defecating are normal. His isolation will end, and hopefully he will be discharged next week.

Wenzhou to Provide CoViD-19 Tests for Enterprises
On February 19, Wenzhou decided to provide CoViD-19 nucleic acid testing services to enterprises returning to work to screen the health status of employees. The willing enterprise shall sign a service agreement with the third-party testing agency after obtaining employees consent. In principle, the inspection shall be completed before the employees go to work.
Hangzhou to Expand Application of Health Code
According to 25th Press Conference on Covid-19 Epidemic Prevention and Control Work of Hangzhou, by February 19th, 10.0987 million people had applied for the Health Code, and it had been used 13.6853 million times. Next, Hangzhou will further promote the Health Code, and continue to expand its application scenarios after the outbreak.
Asian Games Park Resumes Construction
On February 20, Hangzhou's 2022 Asian Games Park project located in Gongshu District officially resumed work. To ensure safety, the management department prepared 5500 masks, 100kg of disinfectant, a large number of protective clothing, goggles, gloves, and 10 medical observation rooms.
