Do you spend hours scrolling through Tiktok, Instagram or other short-form video apps? Are you outgoing and not camera-shy? Have you tried to teach ESL students or learn a 2nd language yourself? This is your chance to combine your communication & social skills and make yourself famous in the ESL (English as a second language) community. JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking proven creators, leaders, entrepreneurs, life-of-the-party people to create ESL short videos for ESL students. You can come up with topics for video content. Some examples are IELTS speaking parts, TOEFL speaking parts, etc. You can make short-form videos either by asking a partner with some IELTS questions or you can record yourself to explain frequent IELTS words or questions. Each video is 15 to 60 seconds, in English, and with a clear topic/subject. Videos will be shared in our app to help ESL students comfortably learn English from native speakers, a way for you to share your creativity with the world as well. Requirements

Native-level English speakers Excellent written and verbal communication, able to communicate in videos and report on findings and processes to leadership and employees using proper spelling, grammar, verbiage, and tools to effectively deliver a message Self-starting entrepreneur and impeccable communicator who thinks outside of the box Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram or other short-form video apps Have a passion for creating fun/ entertaining videos Prior experience in video editing (knowledge of digital video editing, compositing) preferred An active participant in English speaking clubs/organizations/sports Interested in digital media and entertainment, communications, business, marketing, social media, sales, and/or project management You are a problem-solver who knows when to ask for help Work well with a team and are comfortable speaking in front of groups and engaging with new people Ability to self-manage and take ownership and to juggle many projects and responsibilities
