Job description
- Effectively manage customer expectations and resolve conflicts that balance the needs of stakeholders, engineering, product management, operation team and drive market penetration of Dmall's digital retail solutions. - In an agile environment, drive the entire product lifecycle: requirements definition through specification, design, coding, quality assurance, implementation, integration, launch, and production support with vendor experience in mind. - Synthesize requirements underlying feature requests, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and lead engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines. This will include review and approve detailed functional and test specification, coordinating efforts to scope, schedule, and deploy new features. - Understand service inter dependencies and drive towards technical solutions for multi-tiered systems - Clarify, prioritize and drive project commitments as well as establish and maintain clear chains of accountability - Address bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and encourage risk-taking behavior to maximize business benefit
Requirements
- Native speaker of Cambodia language Khmer - Cambodia retail business background is preferred, especially in supermarket, health & beauty, or convenience retail sectors. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field; MBA degree is a plus. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience in retail, manufacturing, supply chain, or warehouse management industry; Full life-cycle product development experience (from vision to production). - The ability to comfortably and confidently present to all levels within the enterprise, and to work with both technical and non-technical individuals. - Problem-solving skills and the abilities to analyze quantitatively, scope technical requirements, and effectively prioritize program deliverables. - Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects - Experience with agile or similar program management methodologies (PMP or Certified Scrum Master). - Experience working with remote teams and external partners. - Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units.
