Job description
1. Provide outstanding customer service to English speaking and other western language speaking customers through live chat, e-mail, etc. Present solid knowledge of our games and services to players. 2. Content operations. Publish social media contents for games on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. 3. Manage Discord, Reddit or other game communities. Work closely with marketing team, to organize activities in top local game forums, events, and media, including becoming a game influencer or working with local influencer. 4. Collect feedback and suggestions from players. Provide solid evidence for improving our games. 5. Design and execute researches. Requirements
1. Candidate must be a foreigner. Fluent English and communicable Chinese are basic. Some other European language such as French, German, Spanish, etc. is a plus. 2. Must be a game mania. In particular, deep experience in playing mobile games of different genre is necessary. 3. Ideally, you have experience running or creating content for social media accounts for an organization, company or individual. 4. Basic photo-editing skill for editing photos and screenshots is a plus. 5. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communications and manner with internal and external customers at all levels 6. Previous working experiences are not necessary.
