A man whose bank account had just suddenly been credited RMB 508,919 felt so confused and scared that he decided to report at a nearby police station.
A short investigation revealed that this money was indeed his, which was financial compensation after his house had been demolished 5 years ago.
A drunk father from Heilongjiang went to the police station to report his missing son, after which he slapped himself around 10 times for not watching after him carefully enough.
As it turns out, the father had simply forgotten to pick up his son at the kindergarten
A young woman in Guangdong province walked over to an ATM to deposit money when she was suddenly attacked by a man armed with a knife.
Seeing the knife in the man's hand, she mumbled "I'll give you the money as long as you dont hurt me! She then proceeded with giving him the RMB 2,500 she was preparing to deposit.
However, the man showed interest in the entire balance of her ATM card, which quickly became awkward as she had RMB 0 left on her card - hence the deposit she was preparing to make.
Realizing this, the man gave the RMB 2,500 back to her and walked away with a smirk on his face.

Theft gone wrong - this past August, a man broke into someones home to steal their computer, only to find it already open with a game being played.
After realizing that this game had not been played by its owner for a while, the man who broke in decided to give it a go and became obsessed with it.
He had immersed himself in the game so much that he had forgotten what he came there to do in the first place - steal the computer, not play with it!
Seeing that only 12 coins were missing from his lot, the owner decided not to call the police. That is until the thief came back again the next day.
When interrogated by the police on why he decided to come back, and shared that he had forgotten his glass behind in the house and needed to break in again to claim it back.
A man in Jiangsu province tried to steal someones electric scooter parked behind a KTV, but quickly changed his mind and decided not to.
Why the sudden change of heart?
He saw the surveillance camera pointing straight in his direction. Do you think that was enough to deter him from leaving without the scooter?
Oh, no it was not.
He came back a few seconds later with a paper bag on his head!
As if this was taken straight out of a comedy, the man made two holes in the bag to be able to see where he was going, and off he went.
