Noisey, post punk revivalists Crocodiles are coming to China for the first time. The San Diego band will be joined by fellow merchants of noise rock A Place to Bury Strangers at Lofas on December 7, and you can grab tickets to that show on thMart now.

Crocodiles seventh album, Love is Here dropped at the beginning of this year, and has been hailed for blending discordant noise with a certain romanticism. While it's hard to ever pin down their musical style, as it varies between garage rock, post punk and indie pop, the group are perhaps best known for their sunglasses and leather jacket combinations.
Founded all the way back in 2008, after the demise of their bands Some Girls and The Plot to Blow Up the Eiffel Tower, central members of Crocodiles Brandon Welchez and Charles Rowell have teamed with the likes of Cat Power and Dum Dum Girls Dee Dee. They've also teamed up with members of A Place to Bury Strangers to form old school punk band Flowers of Evil (thats a Charles Baudelaire reference). Maybe if you scream loud enough, the two bands will deign to perform some of those old Flowers of Evil tracks.
