JobsOutreach Specialist| 15K - 20K RMB per month

We are currently hiring an Outreach Specialist to join our digital marketing team. In this role you will be responsible for all outreach activities. This includes outreach to; Social Media Influencers, Traditional Celebrities, Journalists, Advertising Publications, Bloggers, Event Coordinators, and anyone else that the marketing director deems necessary. This position is primarily an outbound position, however you will also manage any inbound requests that we receive. Outreach will be conducted via; phone, email, and social media accounts. You will be expected to reach out to potential new media partners on a daily basis. It will be your responsibility to craft emails and phone pitches that get results. Your primary focus will be to identify new partners and contact them by any means necessary. You will be expected to organize and set up phone calls, emails, and meetings between the marketing director and media partners. You will arrange publicity interviews with press contacts, bloggers/vloggers, and influencers/celebrities. This position will also be responsible for nurturing ongoing relationships with existing influencers etc. You will conduct traditional media outreach to procure ongoing advertisements and free press placements in print, radio, TV, and other mainstream media outlets. Excellent English communication skills are a must! It will be your job to write all copy for all outreach. Your copy must be in perfect (native level) English. There must be absolutely no grammar, punctuation, or sentence structure errors on anything published. You must have a deep understanding of not only the general American culture but also of the marijuana culture, including proper usage and understanding of common (and not so common) slang terms. If you do not understand common American culture, western pop culture, and cannabis culture you will not be able to do this job effectively. You must be able to speak English with a North American accent. This position is based in Shenzhen, China. You must currently posses a Z Visa or a work permit that legally authorizes you to work, live, and receive compensation in China. This is non-negotiable. If you do not currently have the legal ability to work in China your application will not be considered. Preference will be given to candidates who are already living in China. While living in China you will be provided with an apartment at no cost to you. This position pays a monthly salary of 15000-25000 RMB. If you are not a native English speaker you will be required to demonstrate to our marketing director (Native English Speaker) that you can read, write, and comprehend English at a native level.

Requirements

1) You must currently hold a valid Z Visa or Work Permit for China. 2) You must be able to immediately relocate to Shenzhen, China. 3) You must read, write, and comprehend English at a native level and speak unbroken English with a North American Accent. 4) You must be intimately familiar with the cannabis culture in the United States.
